I am the founder and chief executive of IMOVALUE International since 2010. During this period, I have developed valuation practice and led teams of valuers across multiple countries, with a focus in Portugal, the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Bahrain. I am an expert in mortgage lending and real estate finance support services. I have worked with largest industry leading banks, as well as REITS, Property and Pension Funds across Southwest Europe and the Middle East. I am a registered valuer with the The Portuguese Securities Market Commission since 2010, a RERA Dubai Registered Valuer since 2017, a RERA Bahrain Grade A Valuer since 2023 and a MRICS and Registered Valuer since 2017.

I’m an appraiser since 2006. In 2005, I joined DARIAN, one of the largest valuation & advisory companies in Romania, being part of the Real Estate and Plant and Machinery valuation teams. Currently I am acting as Senior Valuer, being involved in specialized assets valuation. Prior to that, I have worked for Big Four, Banking, small valuation companies and as a Freelancer.

I started my professional career in the financial and valuation industry when I joined DARIAN in 2007, being part of the Valuation department and after 8 years of experience, I became a Partner at DARIAN DRS. Alongside my experience within DARIAN, I have been actively involved with ANEVAR and held multiple positions in the academic field as well.

I’ve been working in the financial and valuation industry since 200s, joining DARIAN in 2001. First as a member of the Valuation department and now currently acting as CEO of DARIAN DRS, Senior Partner and Partner DARIAN TAX SRL and DARIAN DRS Project Management. Alongside my experience at DARIAN, I have been actively involved with ANEVAR, currently serving as President of the Association for the year 2024-2025.

My financial consultancy path started in 2015, when I joined DARIAN, one of the largest roumanian valuation & advisory companies in Romania, being part of the Business valuation team. In the first years, I was involved mainly in business and intangible assets valuation. In time, it was more clear that our clients had several other financial consultancy needs. The demand for such services led naturally to a  dedicated advisory department. Consequently, starting from 2023, Darian has a new Business Advisory Department, which I currently manage, where I serve as a Director.

I’m working in financial industry since 2010. In 2013 I joined DARIAN, one of the largest roumanian valuation & advisory companies in Romania, being part of the Business valuation team and currently acting as Director, Head of Business Valuation. Before that I worked for 3 years within Global Subsidiaries Group (GSG) Division for Citibank in HQ Bucharest providing sales administration support to Senior Relationship Managers.

After a 4 years of professional experience in the engineering field, I have joined DARIAN in 2011. Since then, I have worked with the Valuation Department. Currently, I'm serve as the  Manager of Plant & Machinery Valuation Department.
